Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:

• Prepare and review financial statements while overseeing general ledger activities and month-end/year-end close processes.
• 
  
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• 
  
• Support external audits, tax filings, and financial reporting requirements.
• 
  
• Analyze financial results and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Strengthen internal controls and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
