Assistant Dealership Office Manager

Biggers Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Automotive Dealership Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Close the Daily Bank Deposits
• Post Bank Entries
• Post and Reconcile Factory Statement
• Assist with Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable when needed
• Pay Sales and County Taxes
• Floor Plan and Finance Reserves Reconciliations

Qualifications

• Automotive Office Experience 
• Some college accounting helpful
• Excellent math aptitude and attention to detail
• Fast learner who is comfortable with change and motivated to learn
• Ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance
• Be willing to submit to a pre-employment screening which includes a background check and drug screen
