Job Summary:
Partner strategically with the Director of Executive Admissions and the broader admissions team in all aspects of the application process to attract world-class students to Kellogg.
This role will serve as a thought leader to help design, plan, and execute continuous efforts to maintain and improve Kellogg's competitiveness. This includes leading and supporting recruitment, evaluation and yield related activities. The role is based in Miami and requires the ability to periodically travel domestically.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
4+ years of admissions experience and/or similar experience in marketing/recruitment or a similar field
Competent with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Can work some night and weekend events and travel domestically as necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of admissions experience and/or similar experience in marketing/recruitment or a similar field
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Target hiring range for this position will be $70,000 - $80,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
