What You’ll Do:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing overall nursing services

• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery

• Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Participate in quality assurance, staff development, and clinical improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed RN in Illinois

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing

• Leadership experience (ADON, Unit Manager, RN Supervisor, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills

• Passion for resident-centered care and team development
