Grow Your Leadership Career.Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (RN).Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the ADON helps oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and promote high-quality resident care. This is an opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.What You'll DoPartner with the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing department operations.Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.Assist with quality improvement, clinical audits, and survey preparedness.Support staffing, clinical oversight, and resident care initiatives.QualificationsActive RN license required.
