Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee nursing operations across our client's residential campus and provide limited support to its outpatient detox center in Austin.

The ADON will report directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing team to ensure delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Oversee all aspects of nursing services, including scheduling, compliance, medication management, and staff development.
• Partner with the medical and clinical leadership teams to support seamless client care across residential and outpatient settings.
• Drive process improvements and support change management initiatives during the organization s integration phase.
• Maintain strong compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Registered Nurse (Registered Nurse), licensed in Texas (or ability to obtain).
• Proven leadership experience within a healthcare setting, preferably in SUD treatment or addiction experience.
• Strong operational skills with a task-oriented and adaptable mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through organizational change and integration.
