You'll start with the fundamentals — preventive maintenance, brake work, and core repairs — while we invest real training time to get you diagnosing engine issues and handling heavy maintenance like a seasoned pro.This is a role built for someone who wants to learn, grow, and take on more as their skills develop.
What You'll Be Doing From Day One
- Performing preventive maintenance (PMs) across our light, medium, and heavy-duty fleet vehicles
- Diagnosing and replacing brake components, start to finish
- Handling core repairs — fluids, filters, belts, hoses, tires, and general upkeep
- Working alongside senior technicians on more advanced repairs, learning hands-on as you go
- Keeping accurate service and inspection records
- Following DOT compliance and shop safety protocols
- Keeping your workspace organized and ready to go

You'll be working directly alongside experienced technicians who know this fleet inside and out and are genuinely invested in bringing you up to speed.What You Bring
- Basic mechanical experience — diesel, automotive, or related trade background
- A genuine willingness to learn and take direction from senior techs
- A valid driver's license (CDL is a plus, not required)
- Physical readiness for shop work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic — we can teach skills, we can't teach showing up
