Assistant Front Office Manager - Inn on Biltmore Estate

The Inn Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Front Office team at The Inn on Biltmore Estate, including Front Desk, PBX, Concierge, Chateau Tier, Guest Services, and Hotel General Cashiering. The Assistant Front Office Manager reports to the Front Office Manager and ensures the Front Office operates effectively, ensuring The Inn and Forbes standards of service and quality are consistently emphasized and maintained. Service inquiries from guests are investigated and resolved in a timely, efficient and service oriented manner. The Inn Assistant Front Office Manager will serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) during shift and will proactively work with other departments to ensure all guest related issues/needs are anticipated and/or resolved with quality service in mind. This position provides our guests with personal service and attention that will exceed their expectations. They direct and coordinate the activities of the Front Office team as well as provide coaching and employee development to ensure consistent guest and employee satisfaction.
