Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a scratch kitchen, upscale restaurant concept
  • At least 2 years' current salaried management experience in high-volume restaurants
  • Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and team-building abilities
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Deep passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
  • Proven ability to support and develop team members
  • Familiarity with operational systems and processes
  • Local to Austin area (minimum 2 years residency)

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and menu development
  • Commitment to local sourcing and supporting community farmers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
