About the Role: Fin & Crab is looking for a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC! Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth business performance
Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance and morale
Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
Assist in scheduling, staffing, and labor cost management
Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Track key performance metrics and assist in driving revenue and profitability goals
Requirements:
2+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and basic financial reporting
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
