Role Overview
As General Manager, you'll be the heart of our operation, overseeing:

• Day-to-day restaurant management, from opening to closing
• Building and mentoring a tight-knit team that shares our passion for hospitality
• Ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen operations
• Managing reservations, guest relations, and creating memorable dining experiences
• Overseeing inventory, budgeting, and financial performance
• Maintaining health, safety, and quality standards
• Contributing to menu discussions and special events alongside Chef Sealey

We're looking for someone with restaurant management experience who thrives in a collaborative, chef-focused environment and genuinely enjoys connecting with guests. An understanding of or enthusiasm for Southeast Asian and Caribbean cuisines is a plus.
