What You'll Do:

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee pre-opening preparations, opening execution, and ongoing restaurant operations
• Lead front-of-house operations during service, maintaining high standards and ensuring smooth guest experiences
• Be a visible, approachable floor leader during peak service times, supporting your team and problem-solving in real-time
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train restaurant team members with care and attention to detail
• Develop and mentor staff, helping them grow in their roles and advance their careers
• Establish, communicate, and maintain consistent service standards across all shifts
