As an Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant, helping to ensure outstanding service, operational excellence, and a positive team culture. Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager with overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of staff
• Manage inventory, ordering, and labor costs
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Open and close the restaurant as needed
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience required
• Jersey Mike's experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
