WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead the restaurant, develop an incredible team, and deliver strong results.

• Lead great shifts and keep the restaurant running smoothly.

• Create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere guests love.

• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders.

• Lead from the floor, jumping in wherever you're needed.

• Help manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.

• Build effective schedules and maintain proper staffing.

• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.

• Hold your team accountable while recognizing and celebrating success.

• Support the General Manager in driving the overall success of the restaurant.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year
