Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Will assist general manager with all restaurant functions.
- We are a small box concept so all managers do work positions throughout their day.
- Daily functions consist of grill operations, fryer operations sandwich, build procedures, and running cashier POS systems.
- Will also assist with inventory and weekly paperwork procedures.
