Job Description

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Will assist general manager with all restaurant functions. 
  • We are a small box concept so all managers do work positions throughout their day. 
  • Daily functions consist of grill operations, fryer operations sandwich, build procedures, and running cashier POS systems. 
  • Will also assist with inventory and weekly paperwork procedures.
