Job Overview:
As the Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in effectively managing and operating the community to enhance the property value and resident experience. You will contribute to strategic initiatives, financial operations, vendor management, and building positive relationships with residents and vendors.
Compensation: $65K annually.
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client''s property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client''s directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Work Location: Surprise, AZ 85379
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8a -5p
Travel requirements: Regular travel with use of personal vehicle throughout the community as needed. Eligible for reimbursement mileage per IRS rates.
Other: There are 4 mandatory 'all hands-on deck' events…Easter event (usually Saturday before), July 4th, October event (usually right before Halloween) and December event (beginning of December). This will require extra hours to be worked and may occur on a weekend day.
