Assistant General Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Support overall venue operations and guest service standards
• Lead, train, and develop hourly + supervisor-level teams
• Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and quality standards
• Drive operational efficiency and uphold brand expectations
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics
• Use restaurant management systems (POS, scheduling, reporting, etc.)

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of management experience in high-volume hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Familiarity with restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, accounting)
• Experience supporting a concept that blends restaurant service + entertainment + events
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments
• Bilingual a plus

Pay Range: $75,000 -$80,000 Base Salary + Bonus
