Role Description:
The Assistant General Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This role supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring smooth service throughout the day. The Assistant General Manager monitors guest experiences to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolves service issues, and promotes a positive atmosphere for guests and team members. Responsibilities include supporting hiring and training efforts, enforcing health and safety standards, assisting with inventory and cost controls, and contributing to food and beverage quality and presentation. The role also involves clear communication with staff, reinforcing company policies, and helping drive operational efficiency and overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Experience with food & beverage operations, including familiarity with menus, service standards, and quality control.
Skills in hiring and onboarding team members, including participation in interviews and training processes.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff, management, and guests in a fast-paced environment.
Previous supervisory or management experience in restaurants or hospitality settings.
Knowledge of basic restaurant administration, such as scheduling, inventory tracking, and cash handling.
Ability to stand for extended periods, move efficiently around the restaurant, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and local health regulations; certifications are beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality management or related fields is an advantage.
