Fall River School District is seeking a motivated and student-centered individual to serve as an Assistant High School Wrestling Coach. The successful candidate will support all aspects of the wrestling program while helping develop student-athletes both on and off the mat.
Responsibilities
Assist the head coach with daily practices, competitions, and team activities
Teach and reinforce wrestling fundamentals, sportsmanship, teamwork, and character
Help monitor athlete academic progress and promote student success
Assist with supervision of student-athletes during practices, meets, and travel
Support program organization, communication, and equipment management
Promote a positive and inclusive team culture aligned with school values
Follow all school, conference, and state association policies and procedures
