Assistant Superintendent / Junior Superintendent

Reporting directly to the Lead Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent / Junior Superintendent will help manage day-to-day field operations while developing the skills needed to independently lead future projects. Responsibilities include:

• Assist the Lead Superintendent with daily field operations and subcontractor coordination.
• Work initially across two approximately $800K renovation projects in Hingham, MA.
• Help manage project schedules, short-term planning, manpower, and site logistics.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and overall project progress.
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project documentation and field coordination.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with punch lists, inspections, project closeout, and turnover.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Approximately 2-3+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or recently promoted Superintendent.
• Previous experience working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Experience with commercial renovation projects strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam.
• OSHA training and a strong understanding of jobsite safety practices.
• Massachusetts CSL preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills with the ambition to progress into a Superintendent position.

$100,000-$120,000 base salary, depending on experience. Annual bonus program. Profit-sharing program. 401(k). 2 weeks of PTO. Opportunity to learn directly from an experienced Lead Superintendent.
