Job Description

Position: Assistant Machine Operators
Location:  New Paltz, NY
Pay range: $17 – 19/hr.
Job Type:  Temp- Perm
Schedule:  Full Time,  Monday – Friday, 2nd shift 3:30pm – 12:00am

Requirements:
  • Prior machine experience is required
  • Ability to read measurements
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up-to 50lbs unassisted
     
Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator Assistant, you will be responsible with helping material preparation, setup and running of machines.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Material Preparation,
  • Inspect equipment for cleanliness,
  • Prepare equipment for packaging,
  • Standing during entire shift,
  • Monitor several machine functions simultaneously
  • Job related paperwork,
  • Continuous bending and lifting upto 50 pounds
