• Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively to ensure consistent service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale
• Handle cash management and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Train and develop new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth
• Manage inventory levels, analyze stock data, and place orders as needed to optimize operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment that reflects our brand standards
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
• Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement to drive efficiency and profitability
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and productive work atmosphere where all team members feel valued
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor
• Excellent money management abilities and proficiency with basic mathematical calculations
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail in all tasks
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations, practices, and sanitation standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Experience with inventory management and order placement
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and metrics
