Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of employees, creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive
Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and facility maintenance
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly, professionally, and with empathy
Train and develop new team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting their career growth
Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze performance metrics, implement strategic improvements, and achieve organizational goals
Manage cash handling, financial reporting, and reconciliation responsibilities with accuracy and transparency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that reflects our commitment to excellence
Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic setting
Demonstrate analytical thinking to solve problems decisively and implement effective solutions
Qualifications
Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse team members and customers
Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems
Experience with inventory management and financial reconciliation
Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and best practices in operations
Valid drivers license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain resilient under pressure
Strong training and development capabilities
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in food service, retail management, or similar operational roles (preferred)
