• Oversee and manage daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Deliver outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with customers and addressing their needs promptly and courteously
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency, maintaining detailed records
• Answer customer inquiries and process orders efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that reflects company standards
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock control, and coordinate with upper management on supply needs
• Implement, communicate, and uphold company policies and procedures consistently across all team members
• Collaborate with the management team to analyze performance metrics and achieve store goals and objectives
• Resolve customer complaints and employee concerns with empathy and decisiveness, finding innovative solutions
• Participate actively in employee training and development initiatives to build a skilled and motivated workforce

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or food service management, preferably in an assistant manager or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor and genuine empathy
• Proficiency in math, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality
• Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with inventory management and cash handling procedures

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
