• 2+ years experience as an Assistant Manager or Key Holder in fashion or luxury retail

• Demonstrated leadership experience guiding teams and partners toward shared goals and successful outcomes

• Experienced in selling high‑end merchandise with a focus on exceptional customer service

• Proven ability to create genuine customer connections and drive sales through confident, relationship‑based selling is essential
