The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in their efforts to deliver great and Friendly guest experiences, serve the Freshest products, run the Cleanest restaurants, provide the Fastest service as well as, helping to build profitable top line sales.They assist in the development of Crew and Shift Leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager. They are also responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory,& managing labor
• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication and relationship building
• Assists in the professional growth & development of the Shift Leaders and Team members
• Maintains an exceptional level of customer service
• Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws
