Classic Skating is the go-to indoor entertainment destination in St. George — a skating rink, arcade, birthday party venue, and community gathering spot. We're part of Ritz Classic Companies, an 80-year family entertainment business that runs on one idea: Expect Fun, Experience Magic.
We're building something real in St. George, and we need someone who wants to grow with it.
This is an operations-forward position at a fast-moving FEC. You work alongside the Director of Utah Operations — who leads the floor, the team culture, and the guest experience — and you own the operational systems that make it all run. Scheduling, food & beverage management, documentation, and facility coordination: that's your domain.
This role is built for someone who's organized, dependable, and wants to understand how a location works from the inside out. It's a natural stepping stone to a General Manager role — and we actively develop people toward that.

- Work floor shifts

- Dependable and self-directed — you close loops without being asked
