Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in daily operations and team supervision
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Support staff training and development
• Manage scheduling and inventory as needed
• Order expediting and order fulfillment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability
