Assistant Spa Manager who enjoys leading people, delivering exceptional customer
experiences, and helping a business grow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous leadership or supervisory
experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
What You'll Do
As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will partner with the experienced Spa Manager, Brooke, to ensure the spa
runs smoothly each day while creating an outstanding experience for both clients and
employees.
Responsibilities include:
Support the day-to-day operations of the spa.
Lead by example to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Coach, motivate, and oversee the front desk team.
Assist with employee scheduling, training, and performance.
Help drive membership sales and achieve spa goals through coaching and
leading the team.
Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment.
Step into leadership responsibilities in the Spa Managers absence.
What We Are Looking For
Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
Retail, hospitality, spa, fitness, or customer service leadership experience is a
plus.
Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable coaching others and holding a team accountable.
Sales-minded with the ability to motivate others to achieve membership goals.
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Available to work a flexible schedule, including daytime shifts, evenings and weekends.
