Restaurant Manager
Location: Grapevine, TX
Hours: Part-time, up to 25 hours/week
Reports to: General Manager

front-of-house running smoothly and support our team in delivering a great
guest experience.
About the Role
We're seeking a Restaurant Manager with strong front-of-house
experience to oversee daily operations, support our service staff, and help
maintain the high standards our guests expect. This is a great opportunity for
someone who enjoys hands-on leadership in a close-knit environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations
- during scheduled shifts, ensuring smooth, efficient, and outstanding service
- Supervise, train, coach, and support
- servers, hosts, and other FOH staff
- Handle guest concerns and ensure
- a positive dining experience
- Assist with staff scheduling and
- shift coverage
- Monitor dining room flow, table
- turns, and service quality
- Ensure compliance with health,
- safety, and cleanliness standards
- Support opening/closing
- procedures and cash handling as needed
- Communicate effectively with
- kitchen staff to coordinate service timing and ensure food quality
- Step in on the floor as needed
- (seating, expediting, serving, resolving issues)
Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality and great
- food
- Prior experience in restaurant
- management or front-of-house leadership
- Strong communication and people

- Ability to stay calm and
- organized during busy shifts
- Flexible availability, including
- evenings/weekends as needed
