Are you the next rock star leader we're looking for? CHC Unified, one of the largest and fastest-growing Jimmy John's franchisees, owns and operates 25+ locations across 5 states-and we're growing! Were looking for someone high-energy and motivated to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this key role, you'll work alongside the General Manager to support the daily execution of store procedures, ensure a clean and efficient work environment, and help drive a culture of excellence. You'll lead by example, hold the team to high standards, and maintain a positive, high-energy attitude every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store operations, staffing, and shift management
• Ensure all team members are performing duties accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
• Uphold company systems and procedures with 100% integrity
• Foster a positive, customer-first atmosphere

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a 40-hour week
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently
• Open to giving and receiving feedback to improve team performance
• Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks (bending, stooping)
• Willing to learn and make fast, accurate sandwiches
• Willing to complete a 1-week certification program following in-store training

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $35,000-$45,000+ annually (based on overtime and performance-based bonuses)
• Health Insurance for eligible employees
• Paid Time Off (PTO) eligibility after certification
