Clean Eatz is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing all restaurant operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations
- Lead, mentor, and guide direct reports, including the Meal Prep Lead, Line Cook Lead, and Front of House Lead
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement and execute business strategies
- Ensure adherence to Clean Eatz standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Assist in hiring, training, and development of staff
- Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
Qualifications:
- Management experience is required; restaurant experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability
- Some college education preferred
