Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant operations during scheduled shifts to ensure quality service and atmosphere.
• Assist in training staff on food safety practices and PRIDE systems.
• Support the General Manager in executing business plans and optimizing profit & loss.
• Ensure customer service exceeds company standards and resolve any customer concerns.
• Foster a cooperative and positive working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe® certifiable.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
