Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment.
- Assist in managing groomers, quality control, scheduling, and client records to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Help maintain retail inventory, order supplies, and maximize operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate the team by assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety and exceptional care for dogs.
- Support sales and marketing efforts, including social media management and community engagement.
- Promote The Dog Stop® memberships and daycare packages to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of retail and customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of employee management experience.
- 1+ year of professional dog care experience is required.
- Enterprising mindset with strong leadership values.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and basic computer skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends.
- References requested after initial interview.
