Assistant Manager

The restaurant manager will maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, product quality, & directing the guests' experience in every aspect of their visit as well as financial & operational duties.

Buffalo's Café is currently seeking fun loving and exciting people to be a part of our management team. Responsibilities include, staff scheduling and budget control, inventory and cost control, product handling, order placing, receiving, and invoice tracking, money/financial control, as well as, keeping the dining experience flowing at the proper pace. The manager must ensure that the guests' needs are met and exceeded consistently. Additional responsibilities include, minor equipment or facility repairs, financial tracking, team alley rallies, upholding local health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines and laws. Managers must comply with all company policies and procedures and document any and all employees counseling to include written and verbal warnings. Candidates must have organizational skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, high tolerance for stressful situations, outgoing personality with strong leadership skills. Managers need to have a willingness to always take responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant. Must maintain a guest centered focus.
