About the job:
The Assistant Manager, Learning Experience & Processes, serves as a primary system administrator for United's learning management tools. This role supports the configuration, administration, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the systems used to deliver and manage learning across the enterprise.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:
Administer and optimize United's learning management tools, including system configuration, access, assignments, curricula, notifications, workflows, and ongoing platform maintenance
Support the deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of digital learning content, platform updates, integrations, and new functionality
Monitor system performance, data quality, learner support trends, and operational health to identify risks, recurring issues, and continuous improvement opportunities
Coordinate issue resolution, vendor support, documentation, administrative procedures, and communications with Digital Technology, learning teams, and business partners
Partner with instructional design teams, content owners, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are delivered effectively, meet business requirements, and support a strong learner experience
Support learning technology initiatives, roadmap delivery, process improvements, and the implementation of new tools, platform capabilities, and AI-enabled learning solutions
The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
