About the Role:
Join Capriotti's Karas as an Assistant Manager in Riverside, CA, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and delicious sandwiches. Be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, teamwork, and a passion for food.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance.
- Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels meet the demands of the business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote special offers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving business goals and targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Passion for food and customer service excellence.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
