Gigglewaters Social Club & Screening Room carries that speakeasy spirit into the heart of downtown Safety Harbor, combining a full-service restaurant, a craft cocktail bar, and an intimate screening room for classic films, all under one tin ceiling. This award-winning, family-owned local favorite is growing.

The ideal candidate is passionate about bar programs and confident running every part of the house.

What You’ll Do

• Own the bar program: keep cocktails consistent and high-quality, train bartenders, and manage inventory, ordering, pour cost, and liquor controls
  
• Co-lead daily operations: share responsibility for the dining room, kitchen, patio, and screening room
  
• Run shifts open to close: handle staffing, floor management, guest recovery, and cash handling
  
• Bring the events to life: coordinate screening room service, private rentals, and special events such as the Cinema Supper Series
  
• Build the team: help hire, train, schedule, and develop energetic hospitality professionals
  
• Partner with the GM: support labor and cost management, vendor relationships, and health and safety compliance
  
• Keep it organized: maintain the systems, checklists, and paperwork that make every shift run smoothly
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience across both front and back of house
  
• Solid bar expertise in craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, plus bar inventory and cost control
  
• Top-notch organization. On a typical night, the restaurant, bar, screening room, and a community event may all be running at once, and you keep it all on track, from schedules and order sheets to everything in between.
  
• A calm, hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting
  
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  
• Food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications, or the ability to obtain them
