Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations and ensure smooth shift execution
- Help lead, coach, and motivate team members
- Delegate tasks and maintain accountability across shifts
- Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and product quality
- Address issues quickly and professionally
- Partner with the Owner-Operator on team development and store performance
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous leadership experience (shift lead, key holder, or assistant manager preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach team members and provide constructive feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Basic computer and math skills
- Reliable and dependable with leadership mindset
