This position will assist in overseeing clinic operations and staff establishing standards and protocols. This position will also ensure compliance with the mission statement.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate the provision of health care to clinic patients, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Implement quality checks and improvement initiatives to identify and address opportunities for improvement.
Handle and resolve escalated issues, complaints, and grievances within established parameters.
Coordinate, facilitate and participate in committees and meetings as assigned by CMO and President/CEO.
Provide consultation on complex cases.
Develop and foster positive working relationships with external community contacts and resources.
Promote professional development.
Manage clinic performance, including reporting on metrics.
Participate in recruiting, directing, and reviewing medical and support staff.
Assist in setting and allocating area budget.
Review organizational policies for consistency, variances, or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
