What We Offer

As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), Centralized Staffing with the Professional Nursing Resource Team (PNRT) at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, you'll support and round with team members at all Charlotte‑region Novant Health inpatient facilities where Charlotte‑region PNRT team members may be assigned, while helping drive engagement and team success across the organization.

In this role, you'll oversee key operational and team member responsibilities including recruitment and hiring, onboarding and education support, attendance management, performance evaluations, ERL and grievance investigations, quarterly metric follow-ups, and ensuring nursing licenses and certifications remain current and compliant.

You'll join a supportive and team-oriented leadership group that values collaboration, accountability, mentorship, and operational excellence. As a visible and approachable leader, you'll support and round with team members across Presbyterian Medical Center and occasionally at smaller Charlotte-area facilities while helping drive engagement and team success across the organization.

At this time, there are no routine weekend, holiday, or formal on-call requirements, though future coverage needs may evolve as the team continues to grow and would be shared equitably among the four ANMs.

This is an ideal opportunity for a strong nurse leader. We're seeking a leader who is passionate about mentorship, team development, and supporting nursing teams within a fast-paced and dynamic staffing model.

This position may be eligible for relocation.
