JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager in the management of daily venue operations to ensure a positive, safe, and profitable work environment. Together with the Operations Manager and other departments as needed, the Assistant Operations Manager will work to ensure the successful operation of the ESALV venue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager as needed
Assist the Operations Manager in the management of daily venue operations
Assist the Operations Manager in conducting daily ordering, for assigned departments
Monitor labor, sales and general Arena flow, and assist the Operations Manager in making sound business decisions on staffing levels on a shift by shift basis
Assist in training employees
Interact with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of all Esports amenities
Respond to any guest complaints and take appropriate action
Engage in trouble-shooting and issue resolution as needed
Actively participate in the building of employee morale
Provide input into the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to ensure competitive position and in anticipation of changing guest needs within the dynamic Esports Arena environment

Perform other job duties as assigned and participate in special projects at management's request
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of college education in a related field and/or equivalent work experience in Hospitality Industry
At least 1 year of previous management experience in a high-volume venue, preferably in a resort environment
Experience in resolving disputes, inquiries, and complaints from customers
Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift Various Shifts
