Assistant Operations Planner

We are currently seeking an Assistant operations planner to help the Operations Planner with collaboration with the production team and overseeing customer order assemblies. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assisting the Operations Planner: 
• With new product sales lead times and order tracking information 
• Support entering new customer orders, maintaining ERP/MRP data 
• Shop order creation and releasing work orders 
• Monitoring material availability including long lead parts 
• Production scheduling of customer orders 
• Assist with forecasting material needs 
• Tracking schedule performance and on-time delivery 
• Generating production reports 

Requirements: 

• BS degree in a technical discipline 
• 0-3 years’ experience managing some level of an electronics assembly process or production planning 
• Experience Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, and Visio 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Outstanding organizational skills
