We are seeking a dependable, nurturing, and motivated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children’s growth and development while helping maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.


Position Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher with implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
  
  
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  
  
• Maintain active supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
  
  
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, rest time, and transitions.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
  
  
• Communicate professionally and positively with families and team members.
  
  
• Follow all childcare licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and center policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in early childhood education and child development.
  
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  
  
• Dependability, patience, and a positive, professional attitude.
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced classroom environment.
  
  
• Previous childcare experience preferred.
