The College of Natural and Health Sciences is one of the two largest colleges at UH Hilo, home to 9 departments, 14 undergraduate and graduate degree programs, and over 60 full-time faculty. The college prepares students for success in local, state, regional, and global careers. The Analytical Lab Manager fosters opportunities to collaborate with natural scientists studying the "living laboratory" of this island, and will also be able to make an impact on our dynamic College and greater community in this unique role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As tenure-track faculty, the Analytical Lab Manager will be expected to contribute to instruction in CNHS, conduct research that utilizes the lab facilities, publish results, and participate in departmental and university service.
This position will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Analytical Laboratory in CNHS, including:
