Basic responsibilities include teaching and advising graduate students in the CACREP accredited master's degree programs in school counseling and clinical mental health counseling at the LIU Post and LIU Brentwood campuses. Additionally, a commitment to scholarly research, grant writing, and curriculum management and improvement is expected.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n Teaching in the clinical mental health counseling and school counseling programs at the LIU Post and LIU Brentwood campuses. \n Developing and maintaining an active research agenda. \n Ongoing mentoring and advising of graduate counseling student trainees. \n Supervision of graduate student trainee fieldwork experiences in the counseling practicum and counseling internship courses. \n Participation in curriculum improvement and departmental and university committee activity.
