Pay: $50,000-$55,000 Annually
Schedule: Sunday Through Thursday 2PM-10PM

What You'll Do:
Program & Clinical Oversight
Assist in managing daily program operations to ensure high-quality, client-centered services.
Oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services for all clients.
Ensure delivery of short-term, long-term, and emergency services aligned with best practices.
Monitor and support the overall quality of clinical care.
Team Leadership & Development
Support hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff, interns, and volunteers.
Foster a positive, engaged team environment aligned with the organization's mission and values.
Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing levels and program coverage.
Collaboration & Community Engagement
Act as a liaison between the program and external agencies, community partners, and stakeholders.
Participate in the Quality Management Team to strengthen internal and external collaboration.
Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and program data required by funding sources.
Assist in monitoring program budgets, census, and expenses.
Oversee the safety and maintenance of program facilities and resources.
