The BIM/VDC - Assistant Project Manager is an integral part of the BIM Existing Conditions
department and responsible for coordinating project setup, supporting the BIM - Ex and VDC
Team leads with client management, and production modeling. Utilizing exceptional team
collaboration, attention to detail, and accountability to make a positive impact on results.

• Participate in internal team meeting to review scope of modeling and level of
development.
• Assist BIM-Ex and VDC Team Lead in internal project management and project focus
client support
• Perform initial BIM and VDC project set up. Confirm Revit alignment, levels, version,
orientation, and any template specifications with client
• Perform Revit based architectural, structural, and/or MEP modeling from existing
conditions point clouds.
• Provide updated to BIM-Ex Team Lead on status of projects and deliveries
• Provide assistance and training to BIM Specialists and new hires.
• Perform clash analysis and report to VDC team leads.
• Assist in client and stake holder meetings on coordination review
• Perform review and coordination of existing plans sets or third-party models to ensure
geospatial relation of data
• Provide support to the VDC team on construction coordination tasks as defined by BIMEx and VDC Team leads
