Supporting project delivery by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining accurate information, and ensuring outcomes meet time, cost and quality expectations. Conducts research and analysis to inform decisions, develops capability in managing external partners, and independently delivers defined project elements with guidance from senior project managers.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Supporting high‑quality project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring milestones and standards are met.
  • Managing tasks, budgets and risks responsibly, contributing to a sustainable and values‑led business.
  • Building strong relationships and independently deliver defined project elements with collaborative excellence.
  • Supporting project delivery by maintaining quality, safety and wellbeing standards across all stages.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to manage risks, track changes and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Capturing insights through meetings, research and site activities to inform decision‑making.
  • Applying best practice, digital tools and sustainability principles to enhance project outcomes.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Experience in project management, ideally in the pharma sector.
  • A developing knowledge of commercial and financial considerations.
  • Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
