Assistant Project Manager | Commercial Interiors | DC Metro
The Assistant Project Manager | Commercial Interiors | DC Metro will:
- Assist in managing day-to-day project operations for a large-scale interior renovation project.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
- Track project progress and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with field teams, clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
- Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting.
- Utilize project management software to monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to successful project execution.
- Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and project expectations are met.

The Assistant Project Manager | Commercial Interiors | DC Metro will have:
- 2-4 years of experience within commercial construction.
- Experience supporting commercial tenant fit-out or interior renovation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar project management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Open to candidates from general contractors or specialty trade contractors with relevant interior construction experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Washington, DC area.
The Assistant Project Manager | Commercial Interiors | DC Metro will receive:
- Base salary: $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience
- Annual performance bonus up to 10%
- 401(k) with company match up to 4%
